Grade A - Excellent condition

Grade B - Minor Scratches

Grade C - Visible Wear

The phone has significant cosmetic wear and may have visible screen issues. It still powers on and works, but the condition reflects heavy prior use.

DOA - Not working

The device does not power on or function.
